"Guy I just wanted to send you an email to thank you for your work yesterday. As you know I called you at 8.10am, on my way to work, on the off chance that there was someone in the office to help me solve the problem I had on my mind! The previous evening my daughter had split a full mug of hot chocolate over our oatmeal carpet and I was devastated and so was she! I was convinced I would have to replace the carpet and was mentally working out the cost! I was relieved to find a locally based company who could come out that very day and help resolve our problem!

You were very helpful and accomodating on the phone. I was amazed when I got back from work that day to find that the stain had totally vanished and you had been good enough to get a few other stains out while you were here! I have already told a friend I saw today about your company and will continue to recommend you to my friends. Now that awful stain is out I can think about getting our other carpets cleaned and I will give you a call in couple of weeks to arrange that!
